1. Avoid drinking water while standing.

Take good diets to include high consumption of olives, olive oil, vegetables, fruit, legumes, moderate consumption of dairy and fish, and low consumption of meat and meat products. 3. Include Calcium, Vitamin D & K in your diet.

Recommended to take 1000 mg of calcium per day and the good sources of calcium -include dairy products, canned salmon with bones, almonds, broccoli, kale, sardines, and food supplements.
